this is not really a problem but understanding should be clear: Multimedia Messaging Service(MMS)
MMS is a descendant of SMS (Short Messaging Service). MMS extends text messaging to include longer text, graphics, photos, audio clips, video clips, or any combination of the above, within certain size limits.
MMS is frequently used to send photos and videos from camera phones to other MMS phones or email accounts. Most camera phones have MMS, but many non-camera phones have it as well. if it has a photo, video or audio it will automatically be categorize as MMS

The Nokia 6500 is a mobile phone created by nokia Inc. The Nokia 6500 has a camera and flash so you can take pictures during the day and night. You can also use the camera flash of your cell phone as a flash light by downloading a free program from Ovi Store, Nokia's authorized online store. You can easily keep the nokia 6500 flash on and use it as a flashlight by following a few steps.
Visit Ovi Store by Nokia and register an account. Ovi Store is Nokia's official website for phone applications, maps, media, music, etc.
Type in "flashlight" in the search box after creating your account. You will see a list of free programs (see Resources) that will allow you to use your phone's flash as a flashlight. Choose a program and click on the "Send to mobile" button.
Enter your cell phone number in the "Send to Mobile" pop-up screen. Ovi Store will send you a text message containing a link to the flashlight application. Wait for the message on your cell phone.
Open your message in your Nokia 6500. Open the link and follow the download instructions to install the flashlight application. Make sure your phone is able to access the Internet. Call your service provider to avail of an internet plan if you don't have one or use a Wi-Fi connection. Connect to Wi-Fi with your Nokia 6500 by going to "Menu," "Settings," "Connectivity," then "Wireless LAN."
Go to the applications screen on your Nokia 6500 to access the flashlight application. Go to "Menu," then "Applications (name of flashlight application)." Follow the instructions upon launching the flashlight for the first time.

Okay first of all you need to call in to get the internet fixed that is most likely a network something you can't fix on your own problem you won't be able to send or receive pictures until your web is working because that uses the web to send or receive. also you might need to get your picture mail activated as well. When you call in you can find out about that
Hope that helps :)
