Question about NorStar M7310 Corded Phone
Here is my issue. I am trying to change the display names for extensions at my office, however it am not able to log-in to the **CONFIG feature. All the posts on here (and the manual) make reference to simply using a password for 266344 or 23646, however the phone is asking for a User ID before the password. I am just replacing the old executive assistant who recently left and did not share the wealth of how to operate the phone system - and now we are all SOL.
O.K. I'll take a chance. The mnemonic I used to remember the password is either going to work or not.
Try CATMOB. I am sure it starts with 228xxx and I remember something about the cat when she's hungry.....
