If you don't have the system password just reset it and reinstall it.
Make sure you have a computer connected directly to it.

Tips for a great answer:
Open your "Start" menu and go to the "All Programs" section. Open the Command Prompt program in your "Accessories" menu.
Type "ipconfig" in the Command Prompt and press the "Enter" key. Make note of the default gateway address that is displayed here.
Open Internet Explorer and type the default gateway in the address bar to load the 2Wire router's interface.
Click on the "System Password" link if you do not know your password for the 2Wire router. You will be asked to reset it with the system key printed on the router. Or call 2Wire support to get a temporary password.
Navigate to the "Broadband Link" icon to edit the authentication settings used to connect to the Internet. Use the "Home Network" icon to get to the wireless settings. Click on the "Firewall" icon for settings such as port forwarding.

To reset password with software version 4.25.X or higher:
The Reset System Password page
opens, asking for the "System Key." This is the 10-digit WEP key from
the bottom of the HomePortal. (The printed number stays unchanged even
if you have changed the wireless security settings on the unit.)
A customer may call in stating that their 2Wire is asking for a temporary password. You will need to use CMS to reset their Gateway password.
15 minutes both the 20 digit code and the temporary password expire. If
the password process has not been complete in this time frame the page
will need to be refreshed for a new 20 digit code.
Now you can use the new password to enter the HomePortal protected areas and the Management and Diagnostic Console.
