Question about Digital Cameras

Kodak Easy Share camera - I'm using ScanDisk as a device to plug my memory card into and transfer pictures. I somehow got it to work once, but Kodak Easy Share usually tells me "no device detected". My control panel tells me the device is there and working fine. I tricked it once by reinstalling and Easy Share software actually allowed me to download my pictures (last night). Today it is saying no device detected again, and nothing seems to work.

Have downloaded ap for kodak easy share c1550, can't transfer photos to computer

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

How can I transfer pictures on internal memory to the memory card on a Kodak Easy Share CD80?

You would need to connect your Kodak Easy Share CD80 first to a computer via a USB cable. Afterwards, the computer should detect another drive (which is your Kodak camera) by going to My Computer. Once you see the drive for your camera, you just need to double click it so that you can paste the pictures that you want to send to your Kodak Camera.
