Question about Sony KP-57WS500 57" Rear Projection Television
Very common problem on your model. you have a bad blue tube. in order to repair it you will need to replace the blue tube and then aligned it to the others. you will need to know a little about what you are doing. if you are interested in doing this yourself i will need a serial number off the back of the set to get you the right part number for the tube. This tube is going to cost you somewhere between $200-$300. To get this tube in there and looking right is a little of a fine art, I can walk you through this though. Let me know what you want to do!
