Question about Refrigerators
You have a stopped up drain. The drain is located in the bottom of the back of the freezer. Go in thru the inside of the freezer, remove the back panel and you will see the small opening in the back bottom. It will be frozen up with ice also. Defrost the ice off the drain and try to get hot water to pour down the drain until the drain is clear. I use a flexable piece of hose to blow through the drain until the clog is gone. This will eliminate the water leaking down under the crisper drawers. Good luck and I hope this will FixYa.
