While I can't solve your problem, I can say, you are not alone. I own this oven and have been having major issues with it, I have had service men out to my house 3 times and still it isn't fixed. We were told that this particular oven is an experimental unit...it only has 4 working parts. The pilot/ignitor for the burners AND unit are the same, so if burners work it has nothing to do with your pilot light or ignitor. More than likely it is the thermostat OR the motherboard. Thankfully we have home owners insurance and have only had to pay $60 to get them to come and fix it. If you are not so lucky you may just want to call Whirlpool, give them a piece of your mind and then go buy a different brand oven.
This sounds like the relay on the main board has failed. You will need to see if you have power going into the control. If you do replace the ERC (main control). You can also carefully inspect the board for burn marks if you see any replace it. Here is a link that will help you check and replace this http://appliancehelponline.com/ovenerc.html
