The picture is slightly larger than the screen, so that it does not fit to where you can see it completely. I tried the zoom button, but it only makes it even closer, or so small that it is only a small portion of the screen. This only began recently. I have a 2 year old who may have gotten a the remote - is there any way to reset the factory default settings?

-   The picture is too large for the screen, my 1 year old did it, and I can't get it back to normal. The zoom button only takes it in further. I even reset the settings to default. Nothing. -   Guest

In the middle of the screen is gray block that says "Search by Product Type".

Select "Digital Video Recorders"

Select "2007"

Select "D-VR600"

Select "Knowledge Center"

There are some anwers to frequent issues. I've lost my manual and looking for a pdf version myself
