When I look through the view finder it doesnt matter which way I turn it, it stays slightly blurry. I thought it was me so my girlfriend checked it out and it wont clear up for her either.

This may occuer if you are trying to expose the camera to sudden temperature changes/differences.
Eg: From your Air Conditioned Bed Room to Day Light Under Sun Light

How do i set up eye pieces and focus lenses?? Instruction manual came in chinese with no translation and we are begiiners!

During the day:
1. Point to a far (1000 meters or more) object
2. Insert the lowest power (highest number) eyepiece e.g. 25mm
3. focus on the object.
4. Align finder to match what you see in the scope.
At night.
1. Put scope out and let it reach the temperature of the outside.
2. Point finder to the moon (1st object you should always use to check scope and finder alignment)
3. Use the same low power eyepiece.
4. If everything seems fine, switch to a higher power eyepiece and enjoy the view. You may have to slightly adjust the finder to align with the main scope.
If the views are blurry, the telescope may be out of collimation. Look on the internet for generic collimation instructions.
If this still did not help. Throw the scope out! Its probably a piece of junk and will only discourage you.

View is blurry through eye finder

While looking through the viewfinder, turn the little knob at the upper-right corner of the viewfinder to adjust it.
Refer to the "Adjusting Viewfinder Clarity" subsection of the "Basic Operation" chapter of the manual (page 36 in my copy) for full details.

Brand new Canon EOS Rebel XS. Suddenly, image in the view finder is blurry. Auto focus seems to be working, and pictures are coming out fine. But sometimes, the autofocus focuses on the wrong thing, and so...

Next to the viewfinder ther is a diopter adjustment so you can change the focus in the viewfinder. this is so if you need glasses the camera can be set for you. Start by focusing the camera on something, then slide to turn the diopter adjustment until it looks sharp and try not to bump it.

I have a Caonon 40D. I thought I was having a lens problem at first. However after using 2 other lenses I have found out it is my Camera. No matter how clear and crisp the image is in the view finder....

It is probably due to dust on the sensor, or sensor alignment not properly done. In both cases you have to take the camera to a Canon dealer for servicing.

View finder

Ok. On your viewfinder, there might be a round dial. Turn it to adjust focus. Otherwise, sometimes viewfinders are like that... blurry, especially electronic.

Blurry pictures

Try differential focus That is point to something near the distance you want- half depress the button -turn to subject complete the press down Bear in mind that if the subject is really close to the view finder is not looking where the focus window is-Parallax- learn to shift you frame slightly to allow for this.
