With the dryer unplugged, attempt to remove the panel that covers the heater coils...either the coils went bad or the "hot wire" lead to the coils burned up and came off, which in that case all you would have to do is reconnect the hot wire.Had this same problem with my dryer a few years back and it had a burned up lead to heater coils.Hope this helps

Blowing cold air
This model dryer has two heating elements, one for the top and one for the bottom, I suspect that the bottom element is burned out. If you want to attempt it yourself then I can send you a service manual that will walk you step by step through the whole dryer.

Blows cold air , it still spins, but doesnt heat up.
Is this a condenser dryer or vented?

On the condensers, if the water collector is full it will only blow cold air. Sometimes the water pumps that bring the water to the collector bottles can go and it makes the dryer think that the bottle is full, therefore it will blow cold air.

Did the fuse blow out? If so then the heating element is shorted out. This happens frequently when they fail. If the fuse is blown check the condition of or change out the heating element.
