Smilebox' video recording is not compatible with all players; you would have to contact Smilebox and give them more info on exactly what you are using to record/play back. Sorry, hope they can help you out!
To put a video on on youtube you first have to make sure that you have an
account with youtube, make sure your video's do not exceed 10 min. Also if you
are using Windows Movie Maker to upload your videos you will need to make sure
that your videos are saved in wmv. or the specified format that youtube has set
before uploading otherwise, your videos will be rejected and they will not show.
After you have gotten your account set-up and your videos ready, in the top
right corner you will see a gold button that says 'Upload Video' click on the
gold button and then you will click on 'upload Video File' next click on 'Upload
video'. A pop up window will appear and you will need to locate where you have
saved your video. Once you've located your video it will then automatically
start to download. After the download had finish enter in the necessary details
for your video and click 'save'. Your all done your video should post in a
matter of minutes.

It means only one thing: You have a too-slow internet connection! 3 things you can try: 1) Clear browser cache/temporary files and history. 2) Try playing the video in lower resolution by clicking the RESOLUTION button and choosing a lower resolution (not always available). 3) Get to the video page, press the PLAY/PAUSE, let it fully load - and then enjoy the full video!

If you are trying to expand viewer ship of your youtube videos, there is no easy solutions. But the key to having a popular video is "content". No matter how much publicity you put out for your video, it wont reach critical mass unless the public will recognize it as "it is worth watching"
This bring to mind the success story of one video called "Where the Hell is Matt". It is a simple video created by Matt Harding and his friends specifically for fun and to let Matt's parent where he's been.
Here's a few tips to get you started:
1.You can attach links of your video to your FACEBOOK page, or TWITTER or any social networking.
2.Avoid having redundant copies of your video, cause this will half your HITS.
3.Tag your video, tagging your video helps you friends and future viewers find your video when search randomly.
4. Make your videos clear and non irritating so 1st time viewers won't tune off.
5. Make your video short and sweet. Long videos are boring and difficult to load.
6. Keep it simple. The most complex question are solved by simple solution. example. DONT GO HD, a simple 320x240 is a faster load. faster load video has more hits.
8.Be patient.... spread you video through different sites, the more people you reach the more people will watch.
I think I know what you're talking about. Did you make this video in windows movie maker? If so, you may have added an additional bit of blank space. Most likely, you are going to need to delete the video and start it over. Videos on youtube, usually are only able to be up to 10 minutes in length, sometimes it lets you up to 15 depending on what it is (I can't clarify that.) Somewhere along the way, something was changed and it shouldn't have been and therefore it left your video in youtube shambles! Your best bet is going to be restarting it, or doing it the way you normally do it.
