My mother board is D915GEV when I connect inno3d Geforce 9400GL 1 GB video card to PCI-E slot and start my computer then computer does not boot neither it turn on the monitor. But in the same system if I...

It is possible that the 9400GL is not compatible with your motherboard. Might be possible that the max video memory is 512MB.
Maybe a BIOS update can solve this.

I have intel945gcnl mother board and i have installed windows7 in this pc but i cant able to connect my 5.1 speaker to the pc because the audio drivers are not supporting in windows7

It's not a big problem to be solved, but first of all you need to tell me the name of the audio installed. I am sure that your chipset is Intel and and so you better go to the Intel support website and download the latest driver for *********** (windows 7 compatible). If you can solve it yourself do let me know the name of the audio driver installed so that i can help you better. Good luck..

I have an AsusP5P 800 mother board and the unit won't power on.

I had a very similar issue like this, how many RAM modules do you have installed? if you have 2 DIMM installed try removing the memory on at at time(try interchanging the RAMS), see if turns on. if not might be the motherboard itself thats possibly defective.

Not able to switch on the mothere board. Green led on the board glows but the system is not powering on.

1. Check the mother board user manual 1st. To see how to properly install this mother boar to your PC cabinet or tower.
2. Check to see if you have the power from the power supply correctly connected
3. You may not have the proper watts or power from the power supply to power said mother board.
4. check the mother board battery it may not have proper voltage it should be 3.9 volts or more with a voltage meter check.
usually a 2025 button battery on the board

Comp does not turn on. green light off but goes on when mobo disconnected

Test the power supply in another computer.
If that works, the next thing is to check the mother board. Remove all daughter boards from the slots. Remove all memory, disconnect all hard drives, cdroms, etc.
Make sure there is nothing plugged into the mother board except the video cable (if it is on-board video), if not, then make sure you have a good video card plugged in.
Again with no memory, no boards except a video card, if needed, and the power plugged into the board.
Turn on the power, and watch the screen. If it works, then you should get a notice that there is no memory, no hard drive, and so on.
If that is the case, then proceed to install one item at a time to isolate the problem. If it is not the case, the the mother board is probably bad. One other thing to check would be the CPU.
If you get no notice with the above, then the cpu could be bad. Check it in another computer, if possible. This should tell you what the problems are or is.
In the above cases, either the cpu or the mother board can be isolated to see what is bad, if any.

New installation of mother board

Hi check the cables from the case to the mother board. They should be marked and the book that came with the board will tell you where to connect them. The std markings are HDD [red led] PWR S [powerswitch] RSW [reset switch] PWR LED [case power light] To test if there is no fault in the board or power pack. first visualy check the board to see if you have a red led light on when the power is turned on, if not the problem is in the power pack or the wall outlet. second if the light is on, the bridge the pins marked pwr switch on the board with a screw driver and this should start the computer, if not you have a faulty board.
