Question about Motorola Cell Phones

I have an Oakley Razorwire headset that attaches to sunglasses. The attachment device is broken. Can that be replaced? Is that something you would do? If not, who would?

Im afraid not. you should buy another device to be use your headset again. the only thing that could be solve this problem is to replace the case of your phone so that it will be insertable again. what i mean is the main case not that just a case. hope that helps you!!

ATT BB Bold 9000 pairs with plantronics bluetooth headset fine but always drops connection when call is made

Make sure there are no other bluetooth devices interfering with the connectivity between headset and phone. Remove the Plantronics headset from the phone menu, if it's showing up. If possible, remove and re-attach the battery of the phone. Power off the headset. Pair the headset to the phone again and you should be okay.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

NO RING, UNABLE TO PLAY SONGS WITHOUT HANDSFREE

there is probably something stuck inside the socket if you are using a headset that attaches with a cable.

and if you are using a bluetooth device, then the phone is possibly set to only talk with that device, regardless if it is in range.

also, you could be in some kind of silent mode, wherein it will only make noise when connected to a device.

Bluetooth passcode

To find a bluetooth passcode click tis link bp
to change passcode click tis cp
to reset rp
  • Step 1 Look on the back of your headset or speakerphone for the Bluetooth passcode for the device. Typically the pairing code for headsets is printed on a sticker that is then placed on the underside of the accessory.
  • Step 2 Go into the Bluetooth menu on your cell phone to find the passcode for your cellphone. The Bluetooth menu for your phone is typically located under the "Settings" menu. In the Settings menu there should be an option to "Get code" or something comparable, which would allow you to find the code for your phone.
  • Step 3 Go into the Settings menu for your computer to find its Bluetooth passcode. Some laptops will randomly generate a new Bluetooth passcode for you each time you want to pair them with a new device. In that case the menu setting you're looking for is something like "Generate new pairing code."
  • Step 4 Look in the instruction book for your Bluetooth accessory if you cannot find the passcode attached to the device or in its menu. Many manufacturers will print the passcode for devices in their instruction book. If you still can't find the passcode, try using all zeros.

I dropped my phone now when people call they can't

    1. Verify there is nothing plugged into the headset port, including headsets, headphones, or adapters.
    2. While on the Home screen, adjust the volume buttons. If you see the icon below, indicating that headphones are attached, there may be debris in the headset port: ts1630_01.jpg

To remove debris in the headset port, try connecting a pair of headphones to the headset port and then remove the headphones. Repeat this several times.
    3. If you have paired with a Bluetooth headset that is nearby, either use the headset or turn Bluetooth off (choose Settings > General > Bluetooth).
    4. If that doesn't work, try restarting the iPhone. Hold the Sleep/Wake button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the Sleep/Wake button to turn it back on.

Blackberry storm won't accept 0000 as the passkey, in pairing mode

Not all headsets use 0000 as the passkey for pairing mode. Check you manual and make sure that the device your attaching to the blackberry does. If it does, make sure that it has not already been paired with something else.
