Hi!... Your phone needs firmware upgrade... have you tried their online support?... Go to their Site... Choose your Region then click >Get Support and Software... then on the left side look for Update your N95.. click it... Then there you will see instructions on how you will update your firmware... Hope this helps!
you could have a problem with your phone that needs repair or it could just be a bad battery. I wowuld take it back to the provider or wherever you got it an tell them you want another phone, if they refuse ask if you can at least have a new battery. Try the new battery and see if it corrects the problem.
When you run apps and use web especially when watching online videos, ram of your n95 quickly start ending.When the ram completely finishes, your phone freezes and reboot.So you should continuously clear private data while browsing and don't run more than one software at a time so you can save the ram.
When updating software on Mobs, be sure to:
HAVE A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY INSERTED;
PUT IT ON GENERAL PROFILE;
TURN OFF YOUR PIN NUMBER;
CONNECT YOUR CHARGER TO YOUR MOB AND SWITCH IT ON;
DO NOT ----- DO NOT ---- TOUCH YOUR PHONE WHILE THE UPDATE IS GOING ON;
THIS CAN TAKE 30 MINUTES OR MORE.
And obviously don't unplug the phone from the PC.
Be patient, you may have to do a restart or two on your mob afterwards. Even remove the battery to get it going again (not recommended). But give it plenty of time.
It is also wise not to use your PC while updating software, just in case the PC freezes.
If the PC freezes during an update, you're up the creek without a paddle...
I did an update on a Sony Eric 810i it took nearly two hours.
More... Your phone turns itself on and off, sometimes more than once while updating software, you should leave it well alone during the update.
You could try this, but don't hold much hope: Press* 3 sendat the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
Yes! I know, you need someone to press the ON button.
Or try: Hard reset code *#7780#
If your phone used to work but has stopped because it froze and you took the battery out, to restart it. There's a possibility that it will need a reset to get it going again.
Reset code: *#7780# But if you just got it, and it has never worked, it might be blocked, by the original owner, (who lost the phone or had it stolen), using the
IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity)
in which case you need to take it to a repair shop.
Good day..! This is just my Suggestion for me to help you on solving your problem with your mobile phone... I think you should try to reformat your mobile phone to go back on it's Original Performance... Thank you... and Hope that my solution with your problem will help you to solve it... Have a Good Day!!!
