Your General, "Return to point of Sale" Warrenty expires after 1 yr, unless specified otherwise, however some manufacturers extend this past 1 yr extending to 2-3 years sometimes, however repairs/replacements must be dealt with the manufacturers after the 1st year has passed.

Where can I find a replacement power supply!? Vizio told me it wasn't covered under warenty and they don't know they will EVER get any in stock as replacements. I'm willing to pay. All I have is a $1000...

Unfortunately, you have discovered the problem with all-in-one computers the hard way. You have to use the original components and they are usually very expensive and scarce. If your power supply has been diagnosed as faulty, you could try an electronics repairer such as a TV stereo shop since some of the older technicians will have experience with SMPS power supplies and may be able to repair your old one. To those others who are considering an all-in-one computer, never ever buy one. Get a standard desktop machine (with a box that is as wide as the DVD drive) with separate components. They are the easiest and cheapest to repair and usually the most reliable machines.

Can not get on the internet. Sent to HP repair

PCIe internal modem.Go to control panel, click it and goto network and Internet connections. You should see your connection listed.Right click it and left click "properties" .Under "general" you will see install- uninstall.Click "uninstall" and follow the prompts being sure to click apply and ok.Reboot, windows will reinstall the drivers and hopefully you'll have Internet again.
The USB ports can also be uninstalled and reinstalled.Right click "my computer" and "properties"then "hardware" then "device manager".USBs are at the bottom of the page.Expand by clicking on the + and all your USBs will show up.Look for ones with X's or yellow highlights. These are disabled, you can open them with a right click and uninstall. Now only mess with the ones that have been disabled or you could disable your keyboard or mouse. Then do the Reboot and windows will reinstall. You can really screw things up in Device manager so if you don't feel safe messing with it please have someone else do the fixing. These things are easily fixed with the drivers being reinstalled,

Hi, I bought a Norton AntiVirus package on July 31, 2008. I was infected with a Virus called VirusResponse Alert on Sunday, November 2, 2009. I looked on line for a support number from Norton and a 24...

I suggest that the only people who can answer your questions are the people at Norton. Obviously, I wouldn't ring that phone number again, because you will only get the same people you have already spoken to. I suggest that you WRITE to the Manager at Norton. (You'll find their address on their paperwork) and tell them everything that happened, and ask them the questions you want answered. And then you'll be in a position to know whether they deserve your business or not, and whether or not you have what you paid for, and if not, what they are going to do about it. Ask if they will give a refund if you have not got what you paid for. And I think that if you got a Virus while you were supposedly protected by their product, then you definitely Didn't get what you expected to.

Purchased product and extended download service (knew my old computer was about to die) got new computer and it offered me free Norton, so I accepted that thinking I could put in my proper Norton later on,...

Most Software is not Transferable which makes it hard at times. The Free Trail you accepted from Norton does and will Expire on that date. The only way your going to get a Full Version on your new Computer is to Purchase a new License. I know it does not seam fair, but these large companies just go by the rules.
