yep! e2-02 means there is a machine error of lifting motor assembly for tray #2. For sure this time you can't use your tray #2. you may check it sometimes there's just a paper clogged at the rear of the paper tray. just remove your 2nd tray to see if there is a paper clogged inside. Otherwise the cover/case of the lifting motor is damaged and you will need a service technician to fix and replace it. :)
you mean all departments codes?
if you are the person incharge of copier on your company,
1) press function, gen settings, depart. mode,
2) input the 4 digit key operator code, the search for department mode again.
3) press the department code on the left side of the touch panel then you can erase each department code.
e4 errors means fuser error, probably you encountered lots of fuser jamming.
the best thing to do is to ask your service provider to check your machine but for the mean time, you could erase the error log.
press function + orig. size + 3
find ram initialize
find LBP FUSER RESET
note: make sure that LBP FUSER RESET is the selected one
restart your machine
if you still encountered an e4 error, it means that there is a physical/hardware problem on your fuser unit.
