After loading Window service pack 3 update, comes up blue screen

I have Dell B110 and after downloading windows service pack 3 update, i cannot get windows xp to load in any mode. Screen goes to blue with following message,

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changin video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer press F8 to select Advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

I pressed f8 and clicked on safe mode and then windows XP operating system but it took me back to the blue screen with the same message from earlier comment.

Problem resolved. The only way I could get windows to load w/o the blue screen was to disconnect all of my USB devices. After loading windows, if I plugged in any USB device such as mouse, keyboard, printer, etc. the blue screen would appear. So I had to plug in a keyboard with a ps2 connection so that I could load windows and then uninstall service pack 3 update. everything is working fine now with all components-USB and otherwise.

What Does It Mean When Support for My Operating System Ends?

Microsoft Support for Windows Vista (with no service packs installed) ended on April 13, 2010, while support for Windows XP (without Service Pack 3 installed) ended on July 13, 2010. Windows 2000 support ended on July 13, 2010 as well.
There is no Service Pack 3 for the 64-bit version of Windows XP. If you're running the 64-bit version of Windows XP with SP2, you have the latest service pack and will continue to be eligible for support and receive updates until April 8, 2014.
If you are still running a version of Windows where support has ended, it means that version of Windows will no longer receive any updates from the Windows Update or Microsoft Update site. These updates are generally provided for security reasons to help protect the PC from harmful viruses, spyware, malware, and other malicious software. Windows Update also provides new drivers for your hardware that can improve the reliability of Windows.
Hackers love to take a security vulnerability in Windows and exploit it to their advantage. So, if a vulnerability is found in Windows XP or Windows Vista and you are not running the latest service pack, you will not be protected and will be at risk.

How Can I Tell What Service Pack is Installed?
Follow these steps to discover what Service Pack is installed:
1) Click on the Start Button
2) Right-click on either My Computer or Computer (depending on your Windows version)
3) Click on Properties
On this window, it should tell you which version of Windows along with which service pack is installed). It should also tell you whether you are running a 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows.

I can not login and the page will not load and email images will not download?

Microsoft have now dropped support for Windows XP, some users will no longer be able to login if they only have Service Pack 2, this is down to security upgrades that are not supported with this service pack.
In order to correct the problem you need to install Service Pack 3, as you can no longer do this through Windows/Microsoft Update you need to download it directly to your computer, use the link below to get SP3.

I posted a problem for someone else and he has been out of work for 3 months and needs help, I was told to use a person for $50 thid person cannot pay this are there no one that can help him. This is not ...

Is this the problem you're referring to bonescitgo1?

If so, yes, when Windows is reloaded sometimes drivers are lost. (They aren't actually lost. The address to them is)

Dell Support > Dimension 2200 Desktop PC > Downloads,

Page comes up automatically to Windows XP operating system. (You installed WinXP Pro)

On this page scroll down to the heading - Network (17) and left-click on the blue down arrow to the left.

There are two drivers listed for an Ethernet adapter;

1) GVC - Driver - Ethernet 10/100 PCI Adapter

2) Intel - Driver - PRO 100/M Ethernet Adapter

To know which Ethernet adapter is in the computer go to Device Manager.

A) Left-click on Start
B) Right-click on My Computer
C) Left-click on Properties at the bottom of the list.
D) Left-click on the Hardware tab
E) Left-click on Device Manager

When Device Manager loads left-click on the + sign to the left of -
Network Adapters
Look at the manufacturer name. It should be either GVC or Intel.

Close all windows, (Device Manager and System Properties), go back to the desktop screen.
Now go on the internet, and to the link above.

Left-click on Download in the blue oblong circle, to the right of the appropriate driver file, GVC or Intel.

The Download Options window will come up.
USE the bottom option; Download via your Internet Browser.

Left-click on Download in the blue oblong circle, at the bottom left.

A small window will come up on the right; Opening R35845.EXE
Left-click on Save File.

Another small window will come up on the left.
In the wording at the top of this window, tells you where the file will download to.
Suggest you write it down.

It may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads, in the wording. (Windows XP)

1) Desktop: The file will be on your desktop screen.

2) My Documents: Left-click on Start, then on My Documents

3) Downloads: Left-click on Start, then on My Documents. DOUBLE-click on Downloads.

When you see the file DOUBLE-click right on it. The Installation Wizard will come up.
At the bottom of the first small window left-click on Next.
Same with the second small window.
Left-click on Finish on the third small window.

[ DO NOT change any settings in the second window. Windows knows the proper place to put this driver file ]

After the Installation Wizard is finished, close all windows, go back to your desktop screen, and restart the computer.

When Windows loads all the way, you should get a pop-up out of the system tray at the bottom of your desktop screen,
"Found new hardware", and perhaps another one will follow, "Found XXXXX Ethernet adapter"
(XXXXX = the manufacturer name of the Ethernet adapter)

For additional questions please post in a Comment.

(Hope things start looking up for your friend)

Everytime i start my computer.. there is always a window on the upper left that says: personalizing settings setting up personalized settings for: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Wndiir\WinLoad.exe restart i can't...

If you haven't done it already, load Service Pack 3 along with the Windows updates. That will stop that.
SP3 is no longer available from Microsoft as it does not support XP anymore. Beware of where you download SP3 from, make sure you have a proper anti virus programme installed!
