Do you live in the USA? If you do most USA GSM phone companies use the 850 MHz frequency when your outside a town which the phone doesn't support.

Hi there! I have Nokia 7210 Supernova & have a problem with this phone. My phone memory is showing that it has only 25 KB left. But the internal memory is completely empty. I can't open my music...

* restore or reset your phone...system phone memory seems to be corrupted.

* update your mobile using nokia software updater (needs internet connection)

* bring it to the nearest service center.need to reprogram your phone.

I have really poor signal most of the time, sometimes it's "emergency calls only" for no apparent reason, sometimes it says the GPRS is detached, sometimes there's just no bars even though i'm...

Are you using an old SIM card? Sometimes a worn out SIM card won't make a solid connection with the metal contacts, resulting in a drop in signal strength.
You might want to look into getting a new SIM from your carrier, and see if that helps.
Otherwise, I am guessing it is a hardware problem with the phone itself.

The battery life of my ku990 is abnormal

The two main causes of battery life loss that no one thinks of are:

backlight settings (if you don't really need the backlight to stay on for 60 seconds after the last button press, lower it. this is a huge waste of battery life and it is easily changed in the settings menu of nearly every phone i have seen)

poor signal areas (when you have low signal, you phone wastes its battery life searching for acquirable signal. if it is unable to locate the signal, it will continue to search. this search uses up your battery life quite rapidly)

Firmware Update of Sony Ericsson P1i UIQ smartphone is stuck up

actually there are two phases in update process 1. downloading the firmware , first the update suite downloads the whole software from internet it also shows percentage bars is it that 33 percent then it is ok to remove and restart the application to resolve this check ur internet connection this software is around 70 to 80 mb it needs a good conn and always leave ur phone on cradle during this process to complet flawlessly and firs treset ur phone once before attemeting this process it is better

but if it is that when ur phone software is actually updated and it is written on screen dont remove the handset from the cradle then it is risky to do that wait for like an hour see if it goes past

Cant call

From what I'm reading seems to be a few problems with that phone. First try this though http://www.htcamerica.net/support/ppc6800/software-downloads.html
Go there and see if you need a ROM update. If you do then hopefully that is your problem. Do you have enough bars when trying to make a call? If you don't have strong enough signal that is what can happen and seems to be a common problem with the phone.
Hope this helps and keep me updated.
Thanks,
Lee

Scroll bar wont work

Hello

I can't say for sure without seeing the phone myself.

It may be.

If you go to a local phone shop and test the same model in the shop, see if it operates the same way as yours. You can also have the guys in the shop check it out.

Let me know if you need anything else

Thank you,
Ekse

Signal strengh

I assume this problem was resolved. If not, please contact me and I will walk you through the solution. It always helps to know the provider name. Most cell phones are only as good as the towers they connect to. If your phone is not connecting to the local towers correctly you need to contact your service company for a tower update code.
Please let me know if I can help further.
