Question about Cameras
My camera is around 4 years old and they replaced the CCD under warranty. They returned it within 10 days and didn't quibble about the warranty. They can obviously trace the age of the camera by the serial number.
I am also in the UK so I filled in the same online form. However, I clicked yes to the box that said 'warranty repair' because I had read on the internet that several other people had the same problem so decided this wasn't just normal wear and tear.
I think if you just print off the form and hand amend it to yes for warranty and send it off. If they don't have your credit card details, they can't take the money.
