Then confusion sets in. Are you trying to enter the 2 digit extension number from the Auto Attendant, and getting "invalid entry"???
Or are you entering the extension number, but getting "Invalid Entry", when entering the password???
If it is the password and happening on all the mailboxes, then the hard drive is going or gone.
If it is the Auto Attendant, htne the selector codes are messed up.

Our password has always been 1234 - not trying to correct you, but at this point not sure if something that simple is the problem. And if not what exactly do you mean by "selector codes"??
The problem is 1234 is a password, but so is 4321, as in 994321. It's the access to the administrator's mailbox and that's what sets up the voicemail. Anybody with a Partner Mail or a reason to mess with your Partner mail knows that password.
As far as 1234, you should be ashamed. I'm pretty sure all the manuals tell you about voice mail security.
Did you ever change the password away from 4321?
Grab your manual and start the learning curve. If all of them have "invalid entry" I guess the selector codes are corrupt.
