Could be SIM card incompatiblies problems,many SIM cards causes trouble afterward because of written softwares by to many companies.Tries the exact SIM card by that phone manufacture should or could solved this problems

When the message sim card registration failed comes up it is usually as a result of one of 2 things the first being that the phone has not recognized the sim card due to an improper fixing or the sim card has become faulty. Simply try the sim on a different mobile device to determine if the sim card is still good.

Replacing the phone is not the solution to the problem with the phone, so do not be scared, you will still be having your phone but run through this information below to be able check and solve the problem with the phone.

First you need to check if it is the phone that is faulty or the sim card, to know if it is the phone, try out another sim card in it, if it reads the sim card then you know that the problem is from the sim you put in, then you either get a sim swap for replacement or you get a new sim card.

But if it does not read the sim card, then you need to understand that the phones sim card carrier is bad and the solution to that is for you to try pad the back of the sim card on the sim card carrier, or have the phone disassembled then solder a little lead on the sim carrier so it will make proper contact with the sim card and read it.

there, i was wondering whether you can help me. I have recently changed my sim card in my pink lg chocolate phone which was any network, i have tried to change the sim card so i could have a new mobile number but i'm having trouble using the new sim. When i try to ring it tells me its currently unavailable and it wont let me text either. I can remember my ex partner said that he had locked the last sim card to my phone and i couldnt change my number, so i was wondering whether you can tell me how to unlock my phone or the sim so i can use my phone again with my new sim card???

hte thing is...ur phone is handset bundled offer phone..so til the validity ends on ur new sim card..the phone is designed to detect only new sim..so ucant change til validity ends...or u may approach any private local mobile repair shop..i wont cost u much..

Either your sim card is not seated correctly, the contacts are dirty, the sim card is dead, the copper contacts in the phone do not reach the sim card or the electronics in the phone are faulty. try to change a new battery' or maybe the sim card driver is unsoldered' or need to replace. here is the pics. skilled technician can do.
