You don't have to do anything, after installing the Flash player(Non-IE) for your respective Browsers ie.an add-on/plug-in to the mozilla firefox. The Flash player will automatically play/open any flash or swf files video ( eg. sites like "You Tube", etc...)linked to the webpage using your Browsers.
suggestion 1: Try again to install the flash, when the corresponding website prompts u. then restart the browser and open the website again.
suggestion 2: Install Google Chrome browser. The newer version of Chrome comes with flash player plugin. So need to install anything.
