Look at your memory card. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
If that doesn't do it, try another card.

My ge w1200 is saying write protect for everything, and I can't delete memery card even

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

When pictures are developed, pictures come out pixelated. Why?

You may have the camera set for the lowest megapixel rating for the camera. Change to the maximum number.

Lines on screen on my camera

If the pictures have lines, the fault is either with the processor board having a defect, or an open group of contacts, or the LCD imager itself. Lines are an indication of a loss of matrix addressing.
The service rep would replace the processor board or the imager. This will not be low cost to service. Check to see if the camera is under warranty.
I suggest if you buy a new camera, take an extended warranty.
