I want to download flickr pics , sometimes i download and i get a blank screen, what happen to pic? and also how can i make 6x4 as the pics come out small.

When you upload pictures into Flickr and the your server is experiencing connection problem sometimes the process will stop and then you will have to upload the picture again.
In order to create different size pictures I recommend on using a free software for editing pictures and do "resize", I use a free program called paint.net which has all the tools you need to edit pictures: http://www.getpaint.net/

Assuming you have no personal pic up already, you should be able to choose a pic by clicking on the profile pic space. It will ask you to choose or upload a pic. Choose to upload. Got to the pictures in my pictures. Select the pic you took and the.n hit open on the pop up screen. This should allow you to upload the pic to your profile.
If you want to download images from any site that forbids Right-Click option, or doesn't allow downloading pictures, try this Firefox option:
Go to 9gag.com, then click Tools on the top of the screen and then click on Page Info, and then open the Media tab. There will be the list of all images on the page, so just pic the one you want to download and below the preview you'll see the Save As... button.
