How do you charge your iphone? Well, there's the USB adapter that came with it, just plug it into ur computer, and then put the iphone in the dock. OR there are AC chargers, same concept, you have an AC adapter (should have come with it) Just plug the USB end into the AC adapter, and the Iphone into the dock.
