Question about Thermador C301U Electric Single Oven
Couldn't open door after running Clean cycle. Flipped off circuit breaker and got an "F1" error code. Repairman says this model doesn't have a "F1" error code and can't diagnose problem. Please advise!
Hi thanks for the question there should be a solenoid at the back where the lock rod comes out check there thanks the appliance doc

You can set the unit on self cleaning and then after 15
minutes stop the cycle, let it cool down for an hour and then open the door. If
the issue remains then you'll have to replace the door lock assembly, then you
can open the door with a coat hanger by pulling the latch towards you. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance.
