It always turn off or restarting

Have you tried taking out your battery for a couple min and putting back in? Also, there are other ways to reset your phone.

Also, make sure your battery is charged because it could be low on battery.

open and clean

it can be mean your installation is corrupt or your phone is infected by a virus.
try to hard reset your phone with entering code *#7370#
after that you will ask for some code,enter 12345 for standard code or enter your code if you already change the code.
REMEMBER,all data in phone storage will be erased,
include your phonebook.
after that your phone will be restart,and after restart,install again your ultra mp3.

ur mobile software are corrupted...... u had better to consult customer service centre.....

try this keep pressing power switch,call button,number 3,and star button untill its show message on screen formatting after format completes it will automatically restart then check your lock code is remove or not(Note:formatting will remove all user data)

Your phone have a minor problem. You can try to solve to fomat it.Your formt number is *#7370# or*#7303#.

try a new battery if that does not work then try reflashing the firmware

maybe there is a virus on your phone, try format your phone..what is your phone brand?

A. Blank screen phone unable to boot-up. B. Phone is only able to boot-up to “Nokia” screen (may flash “Nokia” 4 times also).
C. Install a program but unable to uninstall it.
D. Unable to delete certain files on C drive. WARNING: This will ERASE EVERYTHING on your phone
If you have any files that are important to you, make backups.
1. Make sure you phone is fully charged.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).
3. Switch-off your 6600 phone.
4. Press and hold these three keys together
-Green dial key,
-Star key (*)
-Three key (3)
then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.
DO NOT let go the three keys until you see the “formatting” screen displayed

Sorry but you cannot. the mp3 will always be disturb by the incoming call or message. It gives a priority to call and messages since that is a phone ;-). if you want to play mp3 without any disturbance then i recommend you buy an mp3/mp4 player.
