I have the f13 problem as well. I just fixed the chronic f-11 and f-dl error by following these instructions:http://www.flickr.com/photos/mysteryonio...

But now I am getting the f13. The drain linkage seems to be moving fine but it just keeps cycling.

You have a problem with the dispenser motor. Could be electrical or mechanical - check that the wires are securely connected, check that the mechanical linkages from the motor to the top of the dispenser are not jammed

When you turn on washer it says f13

HI. This code is in reference to the dispenser circuit. If the dispenser motor is not able to be driven to it’s proper position, the F-13 code will appear. The necessary actions are to Check the mechanical linkage from the dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser assembly. You will also need to inspect the wire Harness connections to the dispenser motor and Central Control Unit (CCU). Make sure that these connections are tight and secure. The last area of concern will be to check the motor that is located and mounted on the dispenser assembly. The possible culprit will usually be a failed motor, but you will need to inspect all that I have stated to isolate the motor. Make sure that the linkages are ok and the wire harness is securely connected to their respective connection points.

Here is a link to the service manual for this unit. This manual will guide you through the disassembling process and it will have a proper testing chart for the dispenser motor circuit, as well. I would suggest to read the dispenser details at the bottom of page 3-1. The title will be "Dispenser Distribution System". This will familiarize you with the dispecner assembly and its parts. Read the entire summary before starting your inspection procedure and repair. The summary will end on page 3-2. The dispecer can be easily accessed y removing the top. The top removal procedure will start at the top page 4-2.
