I would assume that you are referrring to your Favorites in the internet explorer. you may use the file and settings transfer wizard of Windows XP. you may go to

support.microsoft.com then just search for file and settings transfer wizard for directions.

If both computers are connected to a network and file sharing is enabled you can transfure files that way.

If both computers are not connected to a network

1. use a floppy to copy your favorites from one computer to another
2. use a cdrom to copy your favorites to another computer
3. use a flash drive to copy your favorites to another computer

Other methods exist.

How do I get my favorites back

What did you do to loose them ?
If you did not make a backup of either your favorites or your computer then I fear you have lost them and will need to gather new ones.

For the future:
if you want to backup your favorites, then you will have to export them:
Internet Explorer:
To export the Favorites folder, follow these steps:
  • Start Internet Explorer.
  • On the File menu, click Import and Export, and then click Next.
  • Click Export Favorites and then click Next.
  • Click Favorites and then click Next.
  • Type the name of the file that you want to export the favorites to.
Then you can import them anew when you loose them.

Easier:
For instance if you would use Firefox as browser you can use sync to have all of your favorites on all of your computers.
Your favorites are backed up on your cloud sync account and can be seen on every computer where you connect your sync account.

Hope that helps you.

Microsoft Feeds Synchronization has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.this message always coming, how to solve pls......

If you want to know what this is the error code is related to

Click start control panel administrative tools computer management then select event viewer this may vary depending on what operating system you have

extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occurred
or click start type in event viewer press ENTER
you might be able work your way through the problem
right click in the top toolbar (top of screen) you should see a number of toolbar options select the menu tab which will add File Edit View Favourites Tools and Help

Go to Tools / Internet options / Content / Feeds / Settings and uncheck all the boxes so feeds do not apply to IE any more (or you can keep some checked if you actually use them but this is where the problem is coming from).

That should resolve the problem.

or

1. When exactly do you receive this error message?

2. How long have you been facing this issue?

3. Did you make any software or hardware changes on your computer prior to this issue?

If you are facing the issue in Internet Explorer, let's follow these steps & check if the issue persists:

a) Open Internet Explorer, click on Favorites button located on the top of your browser. Right-click the gray toolbar if you do not see the "Favorites" button.

Click the Favorites Bar option.

You should see the "Favorites" button.

Click it.

b) Click the Feeds tab.

You should see a list of the RSS feeds downloaded on your browser.

c) Right click on the feeds and click Delete.

Repeat this same process to delete all RSS feeds.

Close "Favorites" when you finish.

d) Reopen Internet Explorer & check if the issue reoccurs.

Hope the helps.

Unable to locate favorites button

Hi joaquinrodri,

I see that you cannot locate your Favorites Button on your browser.

1. If you have Internet Explorer you Favorites Button will be on the top portion of your Internet Explorer tools bar if you cannot locate it then you will need to press ALT once on your keyboard to be able to see the Option menu for your IE browser.

2. If you have Mozilla Firefox your Favorites Button will be the Bookmarks button on top before Tools

I hope I was able to answer your question regarding you Favorites Button, Have a Nice day.

Cant get internet explorer to work.browser is out of date.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx

Go here and click the link on right for your operating system. A download will start. Once finished, run the file and follow the install instructions.

I assume you are using a different browser or a friend's computer to access FixYa.com. If you are on a different computer, simply download the IE file from the site above and stick it on flash drive or CD. Take that to your computer and copy and run.
