My wireless does not work where can I find someone to work on it.
Wireless phones usually don't give problems unless the base and or the handset has fallen several times. First you need to determine if the base is receiving power from the AC adapter. Is the power light on? Is the display lit? If not. then most likely the thin cord that runs from the AC adapter to the jack is broken. You can test it simply by holding the cord just about an inch from the jack and bend the cord slowly at 90 degrees in one direction, then in the opposite direction. Repeat at the AC adapter side. You may need to hold the adapter against the socket to prevent it from working loose. If the light on the base flickers momentarily then the you need a new AC adapter. You can also check very carefully along the length of the cord to see if there is physical damage. A store like Radio Shack should be able to assist you with getting a new adapter, but you need to carry the base with you. If there is no response from the base then you can try a computer repair store. Most times, technicians who do repairs on computers know of technicians who do repairs on other electronic devices or appliances in your area. I do hope you get through.
