happened to me this issue, I found the card and it was high toner
developing unit that was discarding, in addition to the seal of the
doctor blade was worn out, another issue I found was current leakage,
what I did was make the can land top with more pressure to the high
card, in addition to not fall toner worn by the seal tape to tape the
holes in the chassis, after that I have not been flawed
