Question about Canon imageCLASS D760 All-In-One Laser Printer
I have a Canon D760 Laser printer/copier. When I tried to copy through the feeder or inside with the cover close, it won't copy. But I can manually copy a document as long as the lid is up. What could be wrong? Use the machine mostly as a copier. thanks
When you say it won't copy, do you mean that the paper won't move in the feeder or that no copies come out? Do you get any error messages? Try using alcohol on a swab or lint free cloth and clean the feed rollers in the feeder. They sometimes get paper dust on them and they can't pick up the paper. Also make sure that any paper sensors that detect when paper is in the feeder are intact. Occasionally they get stuck or broken. Hope this works.
