While watching tv when to a curved format showing a double picture, what part do i need to fix this.

Good Day;
The RCA TV uses a different type of Convergence Circuit then most other TV's. There is A fuse next to the FLY BACK that opens that can cause this. If not handy call an Authorized Service Center, get an estimate. Cost avg $400.00 to $650.00 depending on your location and problem.
