I use "Incredimail" and I still recieve my incoming e-mails but it wont let me send any thing. Why? How do I fix it? Please Help, Abigail

By the looks of your typing it looks like your keyboard is gone bad try using another keyboard , and if that doesnt work it could be you have virus try re installing windows

Need help to correct Incredimail send/receive mail problem?


Hello friend,

I Guess this is common problem you don't need to worried about that you just have to reset all mails setting by following these steps.
When your Incredimail window is open click on the tools that's mention on top of Incredimail window, then go to your @email account and add E-mail you want to receive mails from then reconfigure email account automatically or manually you can also use user E-mail users like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Roadrunner, hope it'll work for your sending and receiving trouble because this information is out from Incredimail support website

Can you tell me why since i upgraded to the latest version of windows now i cannot get my incredimail to send or recieve. lindsay


win 10 does not recognize that mail server so you may have to reinstall that mail system
if you have troubles take it to a computer shop and ask them to install it
I had the same problems as it would not recognize bigpond server and it took a long time to get may mail back on after I junked win 10 and went back to win 7

Getting outlook to work; won't connect to server


Hi! Thanks for using FixYa to solve your problem. Basically, Outlook needs to know what your outgoing and incoming servers are, and how they are configured, in order to send and receive your e-mail correctly.

The incoming server is the e-mail that you receive from other people. The outgoing server is the e-mail that you send to other people. I would advise the best thing that you could do is to call your Internet Service Provider, or ISP (like Charter or Verizon), and ask them the following questions:

1) What is the address of the incoming e-mail server? (like pop3.charter.net) -
usually this is a POP3 server.

2) What is the address of the outgoing e-mail server? (like smtp.charter.net) -
usually this is an SMTP server.

3) What is the port for the incoming server?

4) What is the port for the outgoing server?

5) Is this an encrypted connection?

6) Does either server require authentication (usually the incoming server)

In addition, please be sure that you use the correct username and password for your e-mail that your ISP provided you. This is likely going to be different than the username and password that you use to login to your ISP's website (it is for Charter).

POP3 and SMTP are "protocols," or languages, so to speak, that your ISP's network uses to "talk to" other servers to send and receive your e-mail. As long as these settings are configured correctly, Outlook should have no problem sending and receiving your e-mail.

These same methods work for other e-mail clients like Mozilla Thunderbird and Incredimail.

When you create a new account in Outlook by the way, Outlook will try and use an encrypted connection. If your ISP does not use encryption, you will wait a good long time and then Outlook will tell you it can't find or configure your e-mail s ervers. If that happens, just tell Outlook to use a non-encrypted connection, and then it should find all your e-mail server's settings from your ISP just fine without further intervention.

I can't log on to incredimail ,my username & password are not accepted i just can't remember the correct username & password i use before my computer broke down ,each time i use my incredimail...

There is nothing I can do to find your password but I do have experience with incredimail.
I would strongly advise you to simply stop using it and find an alternative such as Thunderbird, Gmail, Live Mail etc.

The reason for this is that Incredimail installs software on your machine without your consent or at least there may be something in the small print. Have you noticed how
your search bar in your browser is controlled by them or some strange third party? Is your PC acting strangely? This is Incredimail.

Get rid of it and download http://www.malwarebytes.org/ free version and do a full scan of your PC to clean it up again.

Having trouble with Incredimail,can recieve mail but cannot send


The best way to correct this is to go under accounts in incredimail and delete them. Set them back up again (pinging occurs so you can connect) If that does not work, call your internet service provider to help you do this over the phone. I have had to call Cox communications before and they fixed it in a jiffy

Cannot use outlook express or incredimail.


To find the to the incoming settings for your e mail account in Outlook express

In the google search string > Outlook+your ESP
Exp : test@comcast.net > Outlook+comcast

Open Outook express > Tools > Accounts > Mail Properties check if the incoming settings are matching

Cannot get or send out e-mail


Hello achtymic and welcome to FixYa!

I need to know how you send and recieve email. Are you using Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Incredimail, Yahoo Mail? Or any of the likes?

Also, telling us who your internet service provider (I.S.P) would definently help us as well.

it maybe because it might be a little problem. the mail incoming is currently not sending mail to the server, which mail recieves messages from. in order to solve the problem. you need to fix the settings. what is your mail provider?
