Does the light come on when you plug in a charger? if so try turn it on with the charger in and on. and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds, if theres a light to indicate charge then theres power to it but could be some other fault internally, you have to try the tablet with the charger in and hold the power button for 5 seconds and you can leave the charger plugged in for an hour to see if it says charging just incase its a bad battery.

Hold Power button with volume up for 5 second try to reboot if that does not work try to remove the battery for 5 minutes and put back in , then reboot ( turn it on ) !

Turn off both devices bluetooth. Turn them both back on and then do a scan on both sides it should pair up.

My coby kyros mid9742 will not start up at all it just keeps rebooting
Turn the tablet all the way off, press and hold the VOL - and power at the same time for 8 to 9 seconds, it will show a green android guy with a system recovery menu. Use vol - to go down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset, press the power button to select it, go down to 'yes' to confirm, press the power button to select it, it will wipe the tablet, you then press the power button on 'reboot system'.

It could be possible that you battery is gone, its not working so you can change it and have a check if its working or not This Table is still in warranty period so you can visit to the show room or that shop from where you brought it. They will help help you out for sure.
