change the IOT back side clutch that appear behind the back side of machine which rotates the ITO (black roller in main path of paper) just try with cleaing clutch other wise change it
and remove that IOT back side gear which rotate IOT black roller without that gear u can print
The only fuses it could be are the 24v fuses going to the ROS. In general it would "normally" be the ROS and Halftone pwb or the Vsel pwb. Both of these might not be sitting right/loose ribbon cables etc, depending if you have been working in that area.
The other option is a defective cleaner clutch for the IBT. This "normally" leaves with just the black left on the print however. You will have to watch the machine and see if there is actually an image being produced on the drum. If not, the ROS (ROS and halftone pwb must always be replaced together)
There is no 1 part that deals with this issue i'm afraid. The copy from the glass uses all the boards in the same path that a print uses. It definately rules out the machine fault. I would guess that the machine isn't set up properly to receive these fierys. Just make sure all connections are secure, if not try other cables.
NOTE: The problem occurs because of the trickle development system in the machine, making extended lengths of black and white copies / prints does not allow the black developer housing to purge itself of excess waste Toner (Dry Ink) and Developer. There are two solutions for the problem:
Make 1,000 copies / prints of a black and white job, then make 150 copies / prints of full color. Continue making 1,000 copies / prints of the black and white job, then 150 full color, and so on, until the entire black and white job is complete.
Make extended jobs in groups of 100 by making 100 copies / prints of the black and white job, then allowing the machine to cycle down (return to 'Ready') and making the next 100 copies / prints. Continue in this pattern until the entire black and white job is complete.
NOTE: The above solutions are based on jobs using 8.5 x 11 inch paper, single sided, with no more than 28% coverage.
You Have to Clean a litle square reflexive patch that is located on the IBT Belt.
Just remove the waste developer botle, turn the orange handle CCW, remove the 2 external screws of the IBT Assy and pull out the Transport drawer and IBT drawer. clean the patch reinstall and thats it.
9-357. Black toner problem.Probably You have low toner sensor defect. But try first to vacuum and clean black toner dispenser. You must vacuum whole path wich is used to transport black toner to developer unit. Then if printing B/W print only, you must print 10 full color sheets every 100 copies.
