Question about Washing Machines
Most lawnmowers manufactured over the past 15 years have a safety lever that needs to be pulled in to allow the mower to be started. This lever is normally located near the handrail and acts as a failsafe that shuts down the mower if you were to trip or release it . The intent is to protect you from injury if you let go of the handlebar. make sure you've puled in the safety lever before pulling on the cord .. otherwise, it shouldn't budge.. Hope this helps..
