There are three 9/32 hex head screws along the very bottom of the panel, you have to look under the curve of the panel to see them, take those out and pull down and out on the panel.

You will need to remove the lid by taking out the two screws that hold it down.

Then you will need to remove the screws that hold the control panel in place.then open the door and lift the bottom edge of the door boot to remove the retainer spring. then remove the front panel.

Then once the panel is removed you will be able to see the drain boot that goes to the drain pump.
loosen the clamp and pull the boot down so you can get at the coin trap.you should be able to push the trap up from the bottom of the boot it can be a little finiky but works. after every thing is clean you should be able to put it back together and work just fine

Samsung model WF218...not draining

Just follow the few steps here as follows. First switch off and unplug the mains. Now you look for the screws below the front kick-panel, the panel comes down & out. The pump is on the right side. Be prepared for dirty water. There is a drain hose here, disconnect & drain out. There could be a lot of water in the tub bottom. Examine your pump also, clean out the impeller. Carefully refit all. For some front loader models after removing the bottom toe panel, the filter is in the compartment having the white screw able lid. The big hose from the bottom of your tub leads to this compartment. Check the exit hose of the washer for blocks.
The machine will always leave about 3 cup fulls of water in the bottom but usually you cant see it inside the metal drum. It's possible that the pump is restricted & not flowing out properly, there is a button trap,a little flap door at the lower front of the machine that should be opened & cleaned regularly.
Now your machine will be in good maintained condition. Hope this would have helped you.

Plug off the mains. You have to look for screws below the front kick-panel, the panel comes down & out. The pump is on the right side. Be prepared for dirty water. There is a drain hose here, disconnect & drain out. There could be a lot of water. Inside the big flexible tube (coming from the tub bottom) is the filter, be prepared to find all sorts of junk here, clean out. Examine your pump also, clean out the impeller. Carefully refit all. Your machine would be fine. Don’t wait for the machine to jam to look into your filter.
For some front loader models after removing the bottom toe panel, the filter is in the compartment having the white screw able lid. The big hose from the bottom of your tub leads to this compartment.

You could also check the exit hose of the washer for blocks. Next snake out your wall drain, it helps.

Problem in out going water from the machine. Some were block?

For most Bosch washers, the filter is to be found at the front behind a removable plastic toe panel at the bottom. Remove this panel (3 screws underneath). If you find a hose there it is to drain excess water.Unscrew filter anti-clockwise, keep plastic bag to collect dirty water, etc. Clean and refit carefully.

Pl give me a 'very helpful' rating, thanks!!

Accessing the Drain Pump on Kenmore Elite and Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washers
  1. Safety first. Unplug the machine.

  6. Remove the drain hose and tub outlet hose from the drain pump assembly.
  7. Put a small pan or bucket under the pump and turn the large knob counterclockwise to remove and clean the large item filter.
  8. Unscrew the drain pump from the pump housing and check the impeller for any obstruction or damage.
  9. Replace the drain pump if the impeller is damaged or if no obstruction is found in the drain hose, tub outlet hose, and the large item filter.
  10. Install the new drain pump in reverse of the removal steps above.
