While in safe-mode, open the Start Menu and click "Run"

Type "MSCONFIG" in the dialog box and hit Enter.

Under the boot tab, uncheck the "boot in safe mode" check-box.

Restart your PC.

How do i get my pc out of safe mode?my pc dosent let me get into my quick books it says is in safe mode

If you're PC, I assume Windows XP, is in Safe Mode, you should see "Safe Mode" in all 4 corners. Reboot your computer and start press F8 until you see a menu. Select to boot normally. Should do it just fine unless you are having other issues.

PC won't Start windows normally

You can attempt to undo this through the use of System Restore.

I am going to assume you are on Windows XP, So start your computer in safe mode without networking.

Once you are in the desktop you are going to use System Restore. Choose a date in time on your computer before the incident happened.

For more information on the system restore utility go here:

My pc starting problem

You can try starting win98 in safe mode, keep shift key pressed on startup to force safe mode. Then, If you can start in safe mode you may try to troubleshoot the problem uninstalling software recently installed, looking for devices that are not working properly in device menager, and eventually performing a virus scan and a system check using Norton utilities or a similar program. If the PC doesnt even start in safe mode I suggest re-installing the system from Win98 CD.

Hope this may help
