My phone Nokia 6700s is in offline mode - dont know what to do

Change the Profile setting. Make the profile General or some other u like.

You will need a new SIM card. Contact your phone service provider and explain your issue and that your SIM is locked out. You should be set once you tell them that the SIM failed message was coming up.

Good day. Meaning your phone is locked from the previous network. reformat to unlock the code, so you can use it to any network possible. Thanks

someone or you might have coded that phone with a line different from the current line so you must deactivate that code by inserting the formal line.or if you dont know the code you have to flash the phone.

phone usually have offline and online mode. the offline mode is usually used when you dont need the phone for calls but maybe music, you should press on the on/off button and change the profile. this should do it.
