I got go chat and how do I get the person to me HELP

You've got to use some video conferencing software to connect to your webcam to another computer with a webcam. Skype is a popular video conferencing application, and it's free for personal use.

The other computer must also be running Skype. When you install Skype, you'll signup for a Skype account (so will the other person). Just search for their username (once they have it and you know it) from within Skype to make a video connection.

Lines 1 abd 2 on Norstar phone are showing as being used, however, no phone being used

You probably have two lines conferenced together. The fastest way to fix it is to unplug the system cabinet. It drops the conference and releases the lines.

When conferencing two outside parties, how can I (from the Inter-Tel Phone at the office) have myself removed permanently? When I drop off the line and leave the two people on, it rings me back to where I...

The Inter-Tel will not allow you to leave the conference without disconnecting the outside parties, this is the system design. The hold recall time could possibly be increased to reduce the aggravation.

Starplus Vodavi Triad digtal system conference call problems

sorry this is not possible . The conference is controlled by the system , each time you add a person to the conference the volume will drop and it gets harder to hear the callers . you need to up grade to a phone system that supports a conference bridge card or just have the phone company do the conference bridge for you but it will cost you every time you do this .

Co lines dropping calls on occasion. Sometimes several times a da

Wow, you're running out of hardware options, so time to try the software. Turn your trunks into Unsupervised and see if it changes the operation. You'll probably lose conferencing. The other thing you might try is the timer, but by default it's 460 miliseconds and the next one is 600. If you don't have DS trunks, the Discon timer won't affect anything.
