I purchased a toddler bed the end of Aug. 2008 and recieved one box which contained only half of the bed. When I contacted the seller they assured me that two boxws were sent and that they wold check into it. Well hwllow its almost one month later and my grand daughter still has no bed. I feel like I have been taken, I would like a full refund including the extra 57.00 in which they asked for shipping. A.) contact the seller and notify them that you did not receive the purchased item
B.) if seller does not respond to your satisfaction, file a complaint with organization it was sold through (Ebay & PayPal, Amazon, etc.)
C.) if it was not bought through a place that provided protection, and you used a credit card, your card "should" protect you unless it was under $50
D.) if it was a bank card (debit) it is anyone's guess if you have any protection (my bank never offered any until just the past month). Check with your bank if this is the case.

Try contacting the site of in which you purchased the item from to get a tracking number and also to know which of the courier services are shipping your item, then you go to the courier site and track your package from there.
What I do I contact to my bank and explain the situation they put a stop if is a bank related.
contact your bank as soon is possible..
If is a visa is different they take their sweet time from one to two cycle statement but you must contact them to verify the issue.
