Question about Nikon Cameras
Since you didn't specify the camera model, I can only give you general instructions.
Go into the menu system, probably the Setup menu. There should be an entry called "Copy." This will let you transfer pictures to/from the internal memory.
Do not confuse this with the Copy scene mode available on some models. That is for taking pictures of papers and otherwise using the camera as a copy machine.
