A nice simple answer, you can't. Think of it this way, the car doesn't know you are the owner, and it is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do. You have two computer ECM and BCM, plus the antitheft module and a number of sensors all trying to stop you. All you have to do is the re-learn procedure. Plan B is an auto electrician or alarm / radio installer or auto locksmith.

30 Minute Re-Learn Procedure

1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
2. Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start).
3. Observe the SECURITY telltale, after approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
4. Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds .

Unfortunately your 2009 Chevy Malibu key fob does not have any self programming procedures. You have to have a professional program this key fob to your vehicle. I do have a couple money saving tips for you:

1) Purchase your Malibu key fob online at https://www.keylessentryremotefob.com/Chevrolet-Malibu-Remotes-and-Keys-s/3733.htm

2) Call a locksmith for programming. They are usually more affordable and they come to you.

if stock system fob is a few bucks online and did you retest the battery in fob new doesnt mean free from defects also if auto start dealer needs to program fob ---now if stock when enter vehicle have a minute or two to put key into ignition and turn or before alarm goes off --but when you do it it resets and turns the alarm off

could be in security lock down check key fob batteries if batteries good check with dealer if key has electronic chip in it key may be problem

Unfortunately I believe that will require a trip to the dealer, and a hefty price tag to go with it. Most dealers refuse to let anyone else handle their security systems. And most keys have the alarm keypad built in making it even more dealer specific. I wish I could give better news.

Lock all the doors from the inside (with all the doors closed), unlock your driver's door by manually lifting the lock, then press it back down after you are out - this will prevent the alarm from sounding when you use the key to unlock the door.
