Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have used 9 mil photo paper for a year. No problem. I received some new photo paper and it causes jams. It will not print. I think it is too thick. Is there an adjustment for this paper?
You said that the photo paper you used to use was 9 mil, which seems to be well within the product specifications. You don't say the actual size of the photo paper you are using now, just that it is too think. Have a look at the product's specification's page. Scroll down to the Paper Specifications section of the page and see if the paper you are currently using is supported. If not, you'll have to go with thinner paper. Here's the page:
