Question about Dell 5110cn Laser Printer
On this particular printer, the only supplies that are shown with a meter are the toners. The following is taken directly from the users manual.
Determining the Status of Supplies If your printer is connected to the network, the Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool can provide instant feedback on remaining toner levels. Type the printer IP address in your Web browser to view this information. To use the E-Mail Alert Setup feature that notifies you when the printer requires new supplies, type your name or the name of the key operator in the e-mail list box.
On the operator panel, you can also confirm the following:
Though the other items, such as the fuser, imaging drum, transfer roller, density sensor may need to be replaced at times, the machine should alert you when it is close to EOL (end of life) for that part.
I hope this was helpful.

The operator panel on the 5110 ALWAYS displays the supply status of the toners. Each of the 4 colors, represented by a colored tear drop, black, cyan, magenta, and yellow are represented by a bar graph directly above the tear drop.
When all of the toners are full, all 4 bar graphs are displayed evenly. As toner is depleated, the bar graphs will decrease in size. When they are almost empty they will start to display an error code on the display to alert you.
