Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
Hi apparently you are the person to go to for solutions!
I've had my 20Gig Creative Zen for about 3-4 years now and have had no problems, however the other day i was playing an album and it froze. When i turned it on again it said "Select music to play from music library" But when i went to music library it shows that i have no music in the machine even though when i checked the memory it says i have no free space! Is there anything i can do or is it completely screwed?
Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks alot for your help, i really appreciate it!
Yeah i ended up formating it which wiped everything from the machine and just put music back on! Seems to be workin grand now but just p*$$ed off that i didnt have it all backed up!! Oh well, you live and learn! I'll know for next time

I guess the hard disk broke or is corrupted.
try formatting it and reinstall firmware. if it doesn't work, you should have the hard disk replaced.
