Re: Help.... System error 09,036.44:11411
That is a magenta ink stick advancement failure.Look in your ink loader and see why the stick is notr advancing. It may be cracked, twisted or somehow just stuck. That code is telling you the ink stick is not advancing downward into the ink loader. If you put in ink from a different phaser model, it will not read it either. To remove them, take a screw, like a drywall screw and twist it into the ink stick and back it out, then reseat the ink blocks.

Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord for about a minute. This should reset the error codes. If you still receive the same code when you go to print, open the case and the cartridges should move to the center to be replaced. Take each cartridge out and make sure there is nothing that is covering the sensors or physically wrong with them. Put the cartriges back in and make sure they are "seated" properly. Test to see if you still receive the error message.
If you still experience the error message and the cartridges are old or less than 50% ink, there might be an issue with the cartridge's internal sensor. You can find out more information on the internal sensor's HERE
That message is telling you that one of your ink sticks is not advancing downward in the ink loader. One of the sticks is either somewhat crooked and jammed, maybe cracked or just somehow stuck. If someone managed to get the ink sticks in from another phaser Xerox product, it will be shaped different and will not actuate the switch at the bottom of the ink loader. You can take a screw, like a dry wall screw and insert it in to the ink stick to remove them if needed. I seriously doubt the loader itself has failed.
IssueAn 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel. The printer cannot copy, receive faxes, or print. Solution Press the On button to turn the printer off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Remove all the ink cartridges. Wait two minutes. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer. Press the On button to turn the printer on. Install the ink cartridges when prompted. If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved. If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel, service the printer.
