How do i remove the door from a samsung SMH7185STG microwave oven

1.check fuse

2.check relay (microwave oven magnetron)

3, check switches of the doors

The Turntable motor is at the stage to have it replaced.

If it's doing that u may have a short in the cord somewhere I would try while plugged in next time u use it don't unplug it but next time it goes out move cord a little bit n see if it comes back on if so that's the problem r u getting bad connection somewhere try another outlet too

Try heating up touchpad with blowdryer , if that doesnt work replace touchpad.... On the smh9207st remove plastic cover from the back of the door . Remove 4 screws and 1 screw at the top of the door . Unplug two connectors Gently. ... Peel off front touchpad . Install is reverse of removal . Be safe .....part was $45 @ repairclinic.com

check the door safety interlock switches. if failed, they cannot tell the oven that the door is closed and if the door is open, the magnetron will not come on. remove the cover and find the small micro switches neat the door latch system. check them with a ohm meter with the door open ... then closed. of course, you are checking for continuity ...not voltage ... so unplug the oven before you start.

I don't recommend removing or replacing the door unless it's really necessary, because it the hinges aren't mounted back exactly as they were, the oven can leak.

Such leakage can pose a risk of arcing or fire.

SE error means you have a shorted membrane keypad.

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screw(s) you need to remove.

In some cases, you then have to gently rotate the handle to unlock it.
