Press the dataregistration button,press set.Scroll until you find tx settings,press set.Scroll with the arrows untill you find (erase failed tx)
Press set and change it to on.All the memory of the failed tx reports will be cleared and the memory will be 100 percent available.
Press funtion and thaen data Registration,press set,use the arrows to go to tx settings,press set,go with the aroows to erase failed tx,press set,make sure it is set to on with the arrows and press set and then stop!The m/c keeps all of the faxes that has not gone thru in its memory and that builds up!Good Luck!
Press Function,Dataregistration if user settings is displayed on the screen ,press # button.1 sssw will be displayed on the screen.Use the arrows to scroll down to "printer" press set or ok and scroll down till you get print count press ok or set.
To clear recieved faxes from memory that are not printed out after a print failure. Perform the following. Lift the panel press data registration then press #. Press the down arrow to test and press set and set again. this will perform a memory test and wipe out the contents that hold the documents while leaving the speed dial memory.
